Puppy Classes
Small classes that concentrate on good socialisation to give the best possible start and avoid problems in the future.

The basics of sit, down, stand, wait, stay, take-it, doorway manners, health checking, leadwalking and recall are also covered.  

Classes held in Stoke Mandeville and Cuddington. Each course lasts six weeks. Puppies need to be younger than 20 weeks at the start of the course and we ask for proof of vaccinations at week one.

Junior Classes
For older pups (over 20 weeks at the start of the course) and adults continuing to build social skills and consolidating sit, down, stand, stay, wait, heelwork, and recall. Also beginning watch me/leave it (useful for exuberant greeting of people on the street, for distraction with dogs and scavenging). The class is light hearted and peppered with fun and games.

Canine Companion Classes

Progressing your dog's obedience beyond the basics to give you the tools to work with your dog where ever you are inc. active off lead heelwork, out of sight & group stays, and distance control.  There are three levels to progress through; Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.  

Subjects covered include:

obedience in an outdoor environment, steadyness around other dogs, response to whistle commands, distance control and redirection, simple retrieves, multiple hidden retrieves

All training is reward based.

You do not need to have a wish to take your dog shooting to be part of this group, just a wish to see your dog doing what it was bred to do!

Carried out on a one-to-one and small group basis.  Group sessions are held on private land at Saunderton.
